Andrew Piggott
Andrew is a retired Chartered Accountant and has worked in industry and commerce as well as running his own practice. His main interests include economics, theatre and film and he is honorary treasurer of the Cheltenham Italian Society. He has volunteered with various organisations and is married with two sons and four grandchildren.

Joanna Hill
Joanna is General Manager and a trustee of the Isbourne Foundation, a pioneering hub of holistic wellbeing in the South West, its mission is to support, educate and encourage individuals in improving their own wellbeing mentally, physically and spiritually. Joanna previously worked for Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust for 26 years as Phlebotomy Services Manager for East and West Gloucestershire.

Michael Ratcliffe MBE
Michael is the Managing Director of insurance brokers MR Ratcliffe Consultants Ltd. He founded IT Schools Africa in 2004 and is involved with a range of other charities and organisations including the Isbourne Foundation, Caring for Communities and People (CCP), Makhad Trust and Rotary International. He is CEO of the Cheltenham Chamber of Commerce. Michael was honoured with an MBE in 2018 for services to Business and to the community in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.

Paul Hazel
Paul is a Chartered Accountant with many years’ experience operating at board level in quoted companies. For the last few years he has also been heavily involved in the charity sector and is currently a trustee of four charities based in Gloucestershire.“ During my tenure as a trustee I have had the privilege to visit the African programmes where it has been fantastic to see for myself the real positive difference that ITSA is making to children’s lives.”
