e-Learning lab appeal

Many schools in Africa have so few computers they struggle to properly equip a dedicated classroom to use for IT lessons. It can take years before a school acquires a reasonable number of computers and move from classes with ratios of 4 or 5 pupils per computer, to 1 to 1.

All donations are gratefully received
Computers in schools assist in information sharing through the internet; they can help to provide health advice especially on sensitive issues and diseases like HIV/AIDS. They make learning more interesting especially for hard topics in various subjects, such as the use of email and the internet.

We want to help provide access to IT Education for more children, to help bridge the digital divide in Africa. By providing networked computers, digital projectors and Internet connections to a classroom we can ensure more students can enrol for IT classes and sit their national exams.

A donation of £100 will provide 4 computers in one of our specially designed and refurbished computer labs. Read more about our computer lab projects.
