How you can help

There are four main ways to support ITSAs mission to create positive lives in Africa, as outlined below. For further information please visit the relevant pages of this section.

  • Donating computers and IT equipment
    • ITSA appeals to companies/organisations and individuals to donate computers for its African programmes
    • Your computer donations help reduce electronic waste going into landfill and accelerate education in Africa: each computer can be used to educate 75 pupils
  • Sponsorship and financial donations
    • ITSA relies on public support to continue to make a difference to millions of lives in Africa and any donations are gratefully received
    • You can send a computer to a Zambian School for just £70 and set up an IT laboratory in that school for £915
  • Linking with an African school
    • The Share to Learn Programme (STLP) is forging links between primary and secondary schools in the UK and Kenya
    • UK schools will be linked with African counterparts who want to explore similar themes, such as sustainable living or food and nutrition
  • Working as a volunteer
    • ITSA urgently needs volunteers to help extend the cause: there are opportunities in the ITSA warehouse and also working remotely
