RM pledge support

RM, the leading supplier of educational software, computers and services to schools, have announced their intention to support ITSA's projects.

RMlogo3.JPGAfter significant negotiation, RM are to come on board and provide some financial support for the charity.  Their new scrapage scheme, designed to promote a new 'all in one' desktop PC, will generate £5 per sale, which will be shared between ITSA and another charity.  UK Schools will be able to trade in their old PCs, with the knowledge that they will be processed and any monies raised will go to a worthwhile cause.

Terry Sweeney, Chief Executive at RM, comments: "The ScrapIT trade-in scheme offers a unique chance to help improve the educational opportunities of pupils on a national and international level, through providing children with the ICT equipment they so greatly need to advance their ability to develop skills for the 21st Century."

We are delighted that such a prominent IT supplier is now associated with IT Schools Africa.  Their support will help us to provide the IT education that African children deserve.
