There are four main ways to support ITSAs mission to create positive lives in Africa, as outlined below. For further information please visit the relevant pages of this section.
- Donating computers and IT equipment
- ITSA appeals to companies/organisations and individuals to donate computers for its African programmes
- Your computer donations help reduce electronic waste going into landfill and accelerate education in Africa: each computer can be used to educate 75 pupils
- Sponsorship and financial donations
- ITSA relies on public support to continue to make a difference to millions of lives in Africa and any donations are gratefully received
- You can send a computer to a Zambian School for just £70 and set up an IT laboratory in that school for £915
- Linking with an African school
- The Share to Learn Programme (STLP) is forging links between primary and secondary schools in the UK and Kenya
- UK schools will be linked with African counterparts who want to explore similar themes, such as sustainable living or food and nutrition
- Working as a volunteer
- ITSA urgently needs volunteers to help extend the cause: there are opportunities in the ITSA warehouse and also working remotely
