After being unemployed for a number of years Brad came to IT Schools Africa on a 12 week back-to-work programme arranged by BTCV.  On completion of the programme Brad continued to volunteer with IT Schools Africa and we were very grateful for his excellent technical expertise and team working skills.  After a total of nine months with us, we were delighted when Brad succeeding in getting a job with local company Soho Coffee.  Brad said "If it hadn't been volunteering at ITSA I probably wouldn't have the confidence to have gone for the job.  It was the encouragement from the guys at ITSA that made me go for it!"
